We are confident you will love your Menu.ceo experience. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward 30-day money-back guarantee.

2. 30-Day Guarantee

If you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of your original payment date, you can request a full refund.

This applies if:

  • You changed your mind
  • The product did not meet your expectations
  • Your business circumstances changed
  • You decided to move in a different direction

You do not need to provide a detailed reason. Send your request, and we will review and process it under this policy.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email your refund request to support@menu.ceo.

Please include:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • Your restaurant name
  • Your menu link (for example, mn.ink/your-restaurant), if available

4. Refund Timeline

  1. Confirmation (within 24 hours): We confirm receipt and verify your purchase details.
  2. Processing (1-2 business days): We initiate the refund through Stripe, our payment processor.
  3. Funds returned (5-10 business days): The refund is sent to your original payment method. Bank timing may vary.

5. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is approved:

  • Your hosted menu pages may be taken offline immediately or within 24 hours
  • Your `mn.ink` menu slug may be released for reuse
  • Uploaded images and generated content are deleted within 30 days, unless retention is required by law
  • Your account access and subscription associated with that purchase are removed

6. After 30 Days

After the 30-day window, refunds are generally not available. If you experience a serious service issue, contact us and we will do our best to help.

If there is a technical problem we cannot resolve, we may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

7. Exceptions

We aim to honor valid refund requests within 30 days, but we may refuse refunds in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeated refunds)
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Fraudulent purchases, disputes, or chargeback abuse
