Menu.ceo provides software for restaurants to publish digital menus and power customer interactions on the web.
Features may include:
- Menu hosting and management
- Short links via mn.ink
- QR code menu access
- AI-Agent-Ready structured content for LLM discovery
- Built-in AI Assistant for customer Q&A and reservations
- FAQ and review publishing
- Realtime analytics and reporting
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement to use the Service.
3. Account Registration and Security
When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update account information
- Keep login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized account access
- Accept responsibility for activity under your account
4. Subscription, Trial, and Payments
Current pricing:
- 14-day free trial
- No credit card required to start the trial
- $5 per month on monthly billing after trial
- $3.99 per month on 12-month billing ($47.88 per year)

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

The Service and its software, design, trademarks, and platform logic are owned by Menu.ceo or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or that the Service will always be error free.
Menu.ceo is a software platform and does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menu.ceo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our aggregate liability for all claims related to the Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service during the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or security risks.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
